I knew a guy that stepped in a "puddle" and nearly broke his leg as his foot went up to his mid-thigh deep. It was only a 2-foot diameter hole, too.

Lesson learned: Never step into a puddle you can't see the bottom of. Especially in shipyards...

Most of Winnipeg's main roads are so bad that the city has a "Pothole Hotline" (is it just me, or does that just sound funny?) phone number to report potholes!

If they tried that in New Orleans, they'd get more calls than 911!!!
