The Recording Academy®
Established in 1957, The Recording Academy is an organization of musicians, producers, engineers and recording professionals dedicated to improving the quality of life and cultural condition for music and its makers. The Latin Recording Academy®
Established in 1997, The Latin Recording Academy is a multinational membership-based association composed of musicians, producers, engineers and other creative and technical recording professionals who are dedicated to improving the quality of life and cultural condition for Latin music and its makers both inside and outside the United States. The MusiCares® Foundation
Established in 1989 by The Recording Academy, MusiCares provides a safety net of critical assistance for music people in times of need. Producers & Engineers Wing®
The Producers & Engineers Wing is a national division of The Recording Academy's membership. The Recording Academy presents notable honors that recognize contributions and activities of significance to the recording field. The Recording Academy is centrally located on the Santa Monica/Los Angeles city border near the Santa Monica Freeway (Interstate 10) and the San Diego Freeway (Interstate 405).

From Los Angeles International Airport:
Take Hwy. 1 North/Sepulveda Blvd. north merging onto S. Sepulveda Blvd.
Turn right onto Howard Hughes Pkwy.
Merge onto I-405 North/San Diego Freeway
Merge onto I-10 West toward Santa Monica
Take the Centinela Ave. Exit
Turn right on Centinela Ave.
Turn right onto Pico Blvd.
The Recording Academy is located on the corner of Pico Blvd. and 34th St. with our parking lot entrance accessible off of 34th St.

From the Hollywood/Westside/Beverly Hills:
Take Sunset Blvd. going west
Turn left on North Doheny Dr.
Turn right onto N. Santa Monica Blvd.
Turn left on Avenue of the Stars
Turn right on W. Pico Blvd.

Take the I-110 South/Harbor Freeway
