The BEST PRICE GUARANTEE is designed to ensure that that you receive the very best price for everything that you purchase through the Office Stores Program while still allowing you to enjoy all of the additional services provided by the Office Stores Program.

Our guarantee to you is that we will BEAT any competitor's price on any "non-contracted" (non-purple page) item by 5%. In order to receive this BEST PRICE GUARANTEE for that item you will need to provide us with current documentation (including the date) of the competitor's price for that specific item (i.e. written quotation, flyer page, etc.).

All items in the Office Stores Program Catalog are eligible for this program, EXCEPT the contracted (purple page) items. This best price guarantee will apply to the current purchase of the item only. Subsequent purchases will require at the time of purchase documentation as mentioned above.

To receive the BEST PRICE GUARANTEE simply fax to Debbi Miller, Corporate Express Account Executive, at 847/251-3361 the written price documentation for the item along with your name, phone number and the words "Best Price Guarantee". If you have the manufacturer product number, include that as well. Debbi will then call you back confirming your NEW price for the item.
