After Ranma looses his family and the Tendo Family to a fire, he leaves Nerima, telling no one else. After months of wandering he comes to live in the Juuban district, where his feelings for one of the Senshi grows. There's a problem though, none of the Senshi are awake yet, even though they are now 17. Beryl has yet to attack. There is another problem, however. Certain parties don't feel like waiting around for Beryl to loose before they begin their operations.

Two years before Ranma met Ryoga, he made a friend. The two exchanged letters as Ranma's journey took him all over Japan. The two fell in love. Her name was Amai, meaning Sweet. while Ranma was attending school with Ryoga, her parents learned that they were dieing, and due to a law, Amai would get nothing. That is unless she married first. Her choice, her closest friend Ranma. He accepted as he loved her, too. It is now after the bombed wedding, and Ranma has received a letter from Amai saying that her parents were on the verge of death. It is time for him to put aside all of his problems and take his place by the girl he loves.

This came from an idea I had while reading some Ranma/Sailor Moon x-over fics. I wondered what would happen if Beryl had a General who actually had a brain and told Beryl to basically go to hell. As I couldn't think of any anime characters I could use as a crossover for this thing, I just ended up using an SI.

Now at 14 Ranma is traveling through Juuban when he gets picked up by an officer wondering why he's not in school. Not wanting to risk seeing his father again, Ranma goes to school. There he meats a Usagi Tsukino, a girl who just doesn't understand how so much pain can keep someone from being happy and works her best to cheer Ranma up.
