For
who?
For the individual, couple, group or company
that needs a break; Whether you go out to work for a
living or are at home looking after the family we are all
prone to the pressures of stress, it is inevitable that if we
ignore the problems that stress can cause that it can effect
us in many negative ways.
Of course a little stress is good for us as it
stimulates us to rise to challenges, but in today’s modern
world stress is becoming more and more of a constant norm for
a majority of people and it’s this constant pressure that can
cause problems. If this is happening to you and you are
finding yourself unhappy in the way stress is affecting you
it’s time to do something about it.
If one does not
reduce this pressure it will be inevitable that you will
suffer from ill health long term. You become, tired,
irritable, depressed, it can bring on heart related dieses,
high blood pressure and make you more inefficient in your
family and work life.

will also be able to alter high level walks to coastal walks
depending on conditions on the hills.

A land of blue gold hills and
sandy beaches, of glorious waterfalls, hidden bays, wonderful
rock formations, caves and arches, busy harbours and wayside
pubs, a land dappled with heather, primroses, bluebells,
foxgloves and fuchsia, and smiling faces to welcome you. This
peninsula that inspired films like 'Ryan's Daughter' and 'Far
and Away' has much to offer people in search of something
different.

literature and culture, where native Gaelic prospers alongside
modern languages, where the perfect harmony created by nature
restores the spirit. Where you can relax and savour the
scenery, the flora and fauna, the art, the crafts, the
culture, the archaeology, the wine and food, or just meet the
people – the choice is yours!
