NOE
give vague release dates! Reported on 8
of January 2003 by Psythor
Nintendo have Europe have given vague
release dates for Ruby, Sapphire and Pokémon cube
in Europe.
It was a press conference that was the scene-
we'd expected it since hearing about Pokémon on
Gamecube.
Nintendo of Europe reckon that European gamers
unfortunate enough not to import Ruby and Sapphire
will be playing the games during Autumn 2003.
Meanwhile, they say that Pokémon for Gamecube,
that is as of yet without a proper title, will be
out in Europe during 2004. That's at least 357
days to go, then!

They are EXACTLY the
same. The only difference is boxart. The reason
is, Nintendo group the UK with the rest of
Europe. In order not to treat the rest of Europe
unfairly, they don't release the UK version till
they've translated the French, German, and any
other language versions there might be first, so
the games can be released all across Europe at
the same time to keep it fair. So basically,
they're just holding our version back till
they're ready to release it. Given half an
opportunity, I am so importing from the US. -_-;
. . . . I was expecting a 2004 date for Pokémon
Cube, actually. It BETTER be EARLY 2004,
though!
