The most theoretical
attempt for overcoming cancers is to repress genetic variation
responsible for carcinogenesis and to correct abnormal genetic
functions in tumor cells. In this study, at a molecular level, tumor
cell properties are established by analyzing functions of proteins
which are involved in abnormal proliferation of tumor cells and
interact with products of tumor genes and tumor repressing genes.
Further their conformation is analyzed to help development of medicines
inhibiting abnormal proliferation of tumor cells.
