The Long
Beach Grand Cru recognizes sponsorship participation at six
levels. Only sponsors receive reserved table seating for up to ten (10)
guests at the awards & wine tasting event. All sponsors receive
recognition on the Grand Cru web site for one year. Each year, the Grand
Cru Board of Directors hosts a special, private, PRE-EVENT SPONSOR PARTY.
This year's party will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2005 from 6:00 to
8:00 PM in the Royal Salon aboard the Queen Mary, 1126 Queens Hwy., Long
Beach. Please call (213) 640-3848 or (213) 640-3894 for reservations
BEFORE April 15 and to be recognized among other civic, industry, and
business professionals as a sponsor of the 2005 Long Beach Grand
Cru.
Sponsors play an important role and receive solid marketing
benefits.
WHO: Sponsors play an
important role in the Long Beach Grand Cru by providing funding essential
to the event's success. In return for investment in the event, sponsors
benefit from extensive visibility and community good will. Sponsors also
provide publicity and promotions by linking their involvement directly to
their own marketing advertising efforts. Sponsorship involvement is a
cost-effective method to support legal services for low-income people.
WHAT: Sponsors provide the
foundation for creating the visibility needed to attract other sponsors
and credibility that a sponsorship in the Grand Cru is a worthwhile
investment.
HOW: There are sponsorship
levels for every budget. The Title level is exclusive to one company only.
The Presenting level is limited to five companies. Sweepstakes, Gold,
Silver and Bronze sponsorships are unlimited. Marketing and promotional
benefits are based on the level of sponsorship.

WHY: The Long Beach Grand Cru
is the major fundraiser to support the ongoing programs and services for
the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, greater Long Beach office. The
Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles is a non-profit law firm that provides
free civil legal assistance to low-income citizens in metropolitan Los
Angeles. Legal Aid helps its clients escape domestic violence, avoid
homelessness, obtain food and health care for themselves and their
children, and move from welfare to work. Legal Aid works to change entire
communities by helping to develop sorely needed jobs, affordable housing
units, child care, youth services and other support systems in
disadvantaged neighborhoods. In 2003, LAFLA advocates helped more than
13,500 clients and aided 35,000 more through outreach programs – men,
women and children whose disadvantaged circumstances made them vulnerable
to fraud, abuse, neglect, and bureaucratic error.
In addition to charitable support of
community activities, sponsors can feel confident that the Grand Cru is a
wise business and economic investment, providing name recognition,
advertising, promotional and public relations benefits.
