Domen Zupančič: Agent Architecture for System Management in Smart Buildings

The seminar work presents research work carried on during the second class of doctoral study programme at IPS. First, the candidate will present the scheme of agent architecture which has been used to control the simulated heating system. Second, the model of the system and simulation environment and methods for evaluation of user comfort, energy consumption and energy costs will be presented. Third, the preliminary results, obtained from simulation of domestic hot water system control, will be shown. Finally, the guidelines for improvement of agent architecture and control algorithms will be given as the plan for the future work.
