This is a basic research project on which we collaborate with the Faculty of Computer and Information Science of the University of Ljubljana. It addresses a broad range of topics such as advanced methods for deep learning, explainability of artificial-intelligence models and systems, evolutionary computation, ambient intelligence, agent and multiagent systems for behavior modelling and persuasion. It also considers the application of these methods to health, smart spaces, environment, sports, education and other domains. The basic research carried out in this project underpins a lot of our work in more applied projects.
